- OpsBeacon does not use customer AWS cost or security data to train models
- OpsBeacon does not share customer data with third parties except as required to operate the service (AWS infrastructure, Slack)
Your controls
- Disconnect AWS — delete the IAM role at any time to immediately revoke all AWS access
- Remove from Slack — remove the Slack app to immediately revoke all Slack access
- Request data deletion — email support@opsbeacon.co to request deletion of all stored data
- Export your data — contact support to request an export of your historical score and finding data
