# Privacy & Access Controls

## Privacy commitments

* OpsBeacon does not sell customer data
* OpsBeacon does not use customer AWS cost or security data to train models
* OpsBeacon does not share customer data with third parties except as required to operate the service (AWS infrastructure, Slack)

## Your controls

* **Disconnect AWS** — delete the IAM role at any time to immediately revoke all AWS access
* **Remove from Slack** — remove the Slack app to immediately revoke all Slack access
* **Request data deletion** — email [support@opsbeacon.co](mailto:support@opsbeacon.co) to request deletion of all stored data
* **Export your data** — contact support to request an export of your historical score and finding data

## Compliance

OpsBeacon is designed for compliance with SOC 2 Type II controls. Formal certification is in progress. Contact [support@opsbeacon.co](mailto:support@opsbeacon.co) for the current compliance documentation.
